Custom and Bespoke Assays

We offer bespoke assay-development services complemented by our foundational expertise in cell biology and imaging for therapeutics discovery programs. We have expertise in indications spanning oncology, neuroscience, immunology, neurodegeneration, inflammation, and more. These custom / bespoke assays are developed to your specifications and implemented to identify or optimize your lead compounds. We pride ourselves in our speed; for bespoke assays, we aim to develop and validate an assay within 4-weeks of receiving a purchase order from a client.

 

Our assays are equally valuable for testing small molecules or biologics, including small molecules, peptides, PROTACs, gene-therapies, cell therapies, and beyond.

 

We offer a range of cell types to help move projects from bench to bedside, including immortalized and cancer cell lines selected for their authenticity; primary cells, including human and rodent cells; human iPSC-derived cell types allowing you to explore disease biology at the cellular level (and create any cell types from iPSCs derived from patients with genetic diseases or healthy donors), as well as 2D and 3D models allowing you to mimic the microenvironment of tissues in vitro, such as spheroids and organoids, to support the research of advanced therapies and diagnostics.
